Pineapple Chicken

So Brandon works 2nd shift and that is 3pm-11pm. Since we don't have dinner together, we have lunch which is like our dinner. So today for lunch, I came up with something crazy and new, called Pineapple Chicken.

We had no idea how it was going to turn out but it turned out delicious!

Pineapple Chicken, with rice and on top of the rice is a pineapple sauce like and broccoli.

If you wanna know more about this pineapple chicken and let me know.

Brandon's Birthday

November 4th was Brandon's Birthday.

That morning, I got up at 7 and made one of his favorite breakfast, sausage gravy and biscuits.

It was so filling and yummy!

Brandon took that day off and so I made one of his favorite dinners, Chicken Alfredo and it was a nice candlelight dinner.

Chicken Alfredo and garlic bread. What is missing in this picture???

Time for dessert!

Happy Birthday to my amazing husband, Brandon!! I love you!

Answer to question: Glasses and something to drink. We sat down and then we're like there is nothing to drink, oops, so i quickly got it. haha.

Honeymoon

After the wedding and before the Washington reception, Brandon and I just stayed in Idaho and Utah and we just did our honeymoon there.

We ate Olive Garden in Idaho Falls, Idaho.

This is the new BYU-Idaho Center. It can hold all the students who go to BYU-I for their devotionals on Tuesday. It started being built in the Winter Semester 2010 when Brandon and I were there. When we first saw it we were amazed by it, it looks just like the Conference Center in Salt Lake City minus the General Authority seats and the Organ Pipes part. It really is outstanding and huge!!

For those who have been to the Conference Center doesn't it look like it??

Brandon on the balcony part of it.

Me :)

We then went to Montpelier, ID to see his Grandma (mom's mom) and over to Heyburn, ID to see his other Grandma (dad's mom). After that the next day we went down to Salt Lake City and went to Temple square.

The observation deck. The Salt Lake City Temple.

In the visitor center at Temple Square there is a pay phone! CRAZY!

After Temple Square we went to the Greek restaurant Souvlaki's. Brandon never had Greek food and he loved it!

The gyro and fries. YUMMY!

We went over to the State Capital.

Me in front of the capital.

Us in front of the capital.

Then we just hung around, and saw friends, and Jackie (I cleaned her fish tank while I was there ;) ) and then we went up to Washington that Friday.

Bridals/Wedding!!

On October 15th I got married to the guy of dreams, Brandon. We got married in the Rexburg, ID Temple.

First is some pictures of my bridals that were taken in Huber Heights, OH where his parents are from. We are now living in Fairborn, OH.

Wedding day!

The weather was perfect for this day, as you can tell in the pictures. The very next day it was cloudy and raining. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

Brandon and I walking out the doors of the Temple.

We are so happy! Best day ever!

Brandon and I on the "stairs" looking at the Temple.

Story 0f the stairs for those who have not heard it. On a Saturday in the Winter Semester of school at BYU-I, I was having a rough day because of my crazy roommates. It was about 10 degrees Fahrenheit. Brandon and I were texting each other and then I said, well I'm going on for a walk. He asked if I wanted him to come with me, and I said that I will be walking up by the Temple and if he was there I wouldn't push him away. When I got up to the Temple to clear my mind and just take a break from everything, I sat on these stairs and Brandon came up and sat next to me. (A couple hours before this Brandon in the morning at 6:30am goes up to the Temple and works in the baptistery and the Temple is about 1/2 mile away from his apartment so in the freezing cold he walked back to the Temple which is all uphill since the campus is on a hill and the Temple is on the highest point of the hill.) In the freezing cold he and I sat there and talked for about 3 hours. There I knew that I liked him and wanted to be with him. We then started dating and the rest is history, we fell in love and got married in the Temple that we both met at.

more pictures will be on my facebook in the next couple of weeks.
